WOCK the Talk Terms and Conditions

  1. The "WOCK the Talk" initiative is a project by WOCK/Walkemore S.A. within the scope of sustainability. The initiative aims to receive used pairs of the brand's models and reintroduce them into its production process for material reuse, waste reduction, and environmental resource savings. As a counterpart for returning the used pairs of WOCK brand models, the Customer/Participant will receive a discount voucher to be used under the terms described at https://www.wockshoes.com, which are hereby reproduced.


 2. In order to prepare and promote the aforementioned campaign, Walkemore S.A. will collect the first 50 pairs free of charge within the European Union.


 3. Concepts and Participants:

    • Participant: All individuals residing in the European Union who are final consumers and have purchased WOCK brand footwear either from the Promoter or a distributor or reseller of the WOCK brand (Partners), or who have received a pair of WOCK brand footwear, thereby being legitimate owners of the same.
    • Promoter: WALKEMORE S.A. NIPC 508851661, headquartered at Rua das Casas Queimadas nº 567, 4415-439 Grijó, Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal, also referred to as WOCK.
    • Partners: Entities engaged in reselling WOCK brand footwear.


  4. By participating in this campaign, the Participant expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions.


  5. Participation will only be validated if all the clauses present in these Terms and Conditions are fulfilled.


  6. Only natural persons who are final consumers residing in the European Union may participate.


  7. Companies and any legal persons cannot participate in the campaign.


  8. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude participants from the campaign who violate or attempt to violate these Terms and Conditions or whose participation may be considered fraudulent or offensive to good customs according to the criteria/perception of the same.


  9. This Campaign cannot be combined with other campaigns, discounts, or commercial incentives.


  10. This campaign and the vouchers offered will only be valid in the official online store https://www.wockshoes.com, and are not applicable or valid in partner stores.


  11. Logistics process and campaign mechanics:

  To return the model(s) through the online store, the participant must:

  • Fill out the return form available at https://www.wockshoes.com/?id=832.
  • Print the form and place it inside the package where the model(s) will be sent.
  • The first 50 participants will be contacted via email to schedule the collection of the pair(s) by the carrier designated by the Promoter.
  • After the first 50 participations, or for customers/participants residing outside the European Union, the customer/participant must send the pair, properly packaged, through a carrier of their choice to the address: Rua das Casas Queimadas nº567, 4415-439 Grijó, Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal.
  • The participant will be notified of the receipt of the pair and the voucher assignment via email at cs@wockshoes.com within 7 business days after receiving the pair at Walkemore S.A. facilities.
  • The voucher awarded by the WOCK online store can only be used in the official WOCK online store at https://www.wockshoes.com.
  • The awarded voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of sending via email.


  12. Conditions of returned models:

  a) Only WOCK models are accepted.

  b) Only models from the CLOG and BLOC lines are accepted.

  c) The 10% discount assignment assumes the return of the pair.


  13. Voucher/Offer:

  a) A 10% discount voucher will be awarded to the participant on the purchase of a new pair of WOCK shoes for each pair received by the Promoter.

  b) The voucher cannot be combined with other discounts or ongoing campaigns.

  c) If the participant receives more than one (1) voucher during the campaign, they cannot be used in the same purchase. (For example, if two (2) pairs are returned and two 10% vouchers are received, the two (2) vouchers cannot be used in the same purchase).


  14. By submitting the form and returning your pair(s), the participant authorizes their email and other personal data provided to be archived by the Promoter for marketing and promotional purposes in the Promoter's database, which is legally authorized for these purposes, for the disclosure/promotion of new products to be carried out via email, electronic messages, or postal mail.

  16. Jurisdiction/Competence:

  a) These terms and conditions are governed by Portuguese law, and all disputes arising regarding the validity, interpretation, and execution of this campaign will be resolved by the competent courts in the Porto district, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.

  b) Participation in this campaign implies acceptance of all the clauses contained in these Terms and Conditions.


  17. Final Considerations:

  a) In the event of force majeure or an objectively reasonable reason, the Promoter reserves the right to change the duration dates of this Campaign without any right to compensation.

  b) The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions during the promotional period and the use of the Offer/Voucher without prior notice by publishing the new Terms and Conditions.

  c) The Offers/Vouchers are personal and non-transferable, have no monetary value, and cannot be sold, offered, donated, transferred, exchanged, returned, or converted into cash.

  d) Any additional clarification regarding this campaign must be submitted in writing to the email cs@wockshoes.com.
